Your team has been granted permission to seek out the elusive Oak Island treasure. You have limited funds and only a short time to succeed where others -- for 200 years -- have failed.

Oak Island has kept its secret for centuries, driving treasure hunters to ruin and despair, never giving up its treasure. Now your team must find the Treasure Pit, gather your equipment and manpower, and excavate the depths of the Island.

Whether it's pirate booty, Templar treasure, Indian gold, or crown jewels, someone buried something deep. Everyone on your team brings strengths and theories to the search.

But beware. You must overcome broken tools, setbacks, cave-ins, and island-swamping floodwaters. If the Island floods, your chances of bringing up the Oak Island treasure are swept away. The Island has beaten many treasure hunters for many years.
